By accessing or using sprl.shop ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
Use of Service
SPRL provides a curated online marketplace for vintage fashion. You may browse, purchase, and interact with the Site in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the Site or interfere with its operation.
Purchases & Payments
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable shipping fees. All items are one-of-a-kind; availability is not guaranteed until checkout is complete.
Shipping & Delivery
Domestic shipping (US): $10. International shipping: $25. Mixed orders (domestic + international sellers): $30. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Returns
If an item arrives significantly different from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned. Return shipping costs may apply. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of SPRL or its sellers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
SPRL acts as a marketplace connecting buyers with independent vintage sellers. We are not liable for the condition, authenticity, or quality of items beyond what is described in each listing. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
